Course introduction

We offer training on practical skills needed in the workplace. We like to do this in a relaxed way encouraging people to learn from each others life skills and experiences.

Who it is for

This course is suitable for small, low risk companies who want to meet their responsibilities under the First Aid at Work legislation.

This course is also suitable for anyone who wants to learn basic first aid skills.

For larger companies or companies with a higher risk, please view either the 6 hour Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course or the 3 day First Aid at Work (FAW) Course.
