BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT: Full payment is required prior to the course date. We reserve the right to withhold certificates until the invoice has cleared. Payment by cheques, BACS or cash.
CANCELLATIONS: Individuals – cancellation within 7 days of booking are not subject to a charge.
Cancellations within 14 days of the start of the course are subject to a full course fee being charged.
TRANSFERS: A student transferring to another course may be subject to a £25 administration fee.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Companies are at liberty to change the student attending a particular course without incurring a fee.
COURSE FEES: All our fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
COURSE DETAILS: All students will be sent joining instructions the week before the course. It is important that all students note the start times as they must attend the whole course in order to sit the exam. The length of course is stipulated by the Health and Safety Executive as per the legislation.
MEETING THE NEEDS OF THE STUDENTS: We have an equal opportunities policy and to help us ensure that any needs are met we ask you to inform us in advance of any requirements.
SELECTION OF FIRST AIDERS: it is the responsibility of the employer to ensure that each potential first aider meets the criteria:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to cope with stressful and physically demanding incidents
- Able to respond quickly within their designated area.
COMPLAINTS: Should you have a complaint about the way we have dealt with your enquiry or the service you have received please ask to speak to either of the Directors. Contact details. Should you feel that your complaint has not been dealt with appropriately please contact the Health and Safety Executive and voice your concern:-

RE – CERTIFICATION: All students attending a 2 day refresher course must hold a CURRENT first aid certificate. A copy of their certificate will be requested on booking unless they have previously trained with Whiteleaf Training Ltd. |
